Terms of Service

Hi! Thanks for your interest in commissioning me. Please read the following terms before ordering. (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

I.General Terms

•I may decline a commission if I feel I’m not the right fit, such as requests outside my skill set, beyond my comfort level, personal boundaries, if I’m unable to take on more work at the time or for any other reason.•Commissions are for personal use only, unless we agree on commercial use beforehand. (Personal use examples: Icon Profile/Profile Picture, Wallpaper Background for PC or Cellphone.)•Please credit me when sharing my artwork online. (@NirvLucE_ for instagram/ @Yzmirlv for twitter/X)•If a pose is left up to me without reference, clients may not request changes to the pose afterward.•These terms may be updated occasionally.

II.Payment, Refunds & Fees

Payment:
•Payment is required before I start working. I'm more comfortable with full upfront, but 50/50 is possible if you don't feel comfortable! (If 50/50, the remaining balance must be paid before I deliver final files. Late payment may result in commission delays or cancellation.)
•Accepted payment methods: Paypal or Pix(If you're brazilian)•Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.

Refunds:
•Because commissions take time and effort, refunds aren’t available once I’ve started. But refunds may be avaliable depending on the scenario (Example: My cancellation on the commision.)
I. If you request a cancellation before work has started, a full refund may be issued. (but the refunded amount will exclude transaction and PayPal fees, meaning you will receive slightly less than what was originally paid.)II. If you request a cancellation after work has started, a refund will not be available.III. If I need to cancel your commission for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or partially depending on the progress(minus any unavoidable fees, depending on how much work has been completed.)•Please maintain respectful communication throughout the process. Aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior may result in commission cancellation. If canceled for this reason, 50% of your payment will be refunded; the remaining 50% will be retained.

Fees:
